Items are shipped by sea and usually arrive within about 10–20 business days after shipping. Large machines take about 1–4 weeks to ship because they need crating and freight arrangements. |
| Returns and exchanges | As these are used items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the contents and operation of your item within 3 days of delivery. Items whose product page states a functionality warranty are supported within the stated period. Batteries and consumables are not covered. |
| Cancellations | As a rule, orders cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed. A cancellation fee may apply depending on how far preparation has progressed. |
