Items shown as available are in stock. Most items are one of a kind, so they may sell out. If you want to be sure, please email us before ordering.

Yes. Send us the model number or the product page URL and we will send additional photos.

Everything shown in the product photos is included. Items not shown in the photos are not included.

Most of our items were made for the Japanese market and run on 100 V (50/60 Hz) with Japanese plugs. Many machines can be used in the USA with a step-down transformer, but some (for example, three-phase 200 V machines or radio equipment) may need extra work or may not be usable. Please check the voltage, frequency and plug with your electrician before ordering. Compatibility with your power supply and local rules is the buyer’s responsibility.

Displays, labels and manuals are often in Japanese. We can tell you what is shown on the product page if you ask.

Items marked “tested and working” on the product page are tested and cleaned before listing. As used items, they may have minor scratches and signs of use.

Only items whose product page states a functionality warranty are covered, for the stated period. Batteries and consumables are not covered. Other items are sold as shown in the photos.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, including voltage or plug mismatches. For initial defects and damage in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

Standard items ship from Kyoto within 1–3 business days after payment. Items are shipped by sea and usually arrive in about 10–20 business days after shipping. Large machines need crating and freight arrangements and take about 1–4 weeks to ship.

Our prices do not include US import duties, taxes or customs brokerage fees. If any are charged, they are paid by the buyer when the item is imported. See our Shipping Policy.
