HOW TO BUY

How to buy

  1. Order

    Add the item to your cart and check out. Each item is one of a kind, so please order early.

  2. Order confirmation

    We check stock and send you an order confirmation email.

  3. Payment & shipping

    After payment is confirmed, standard items ship from Kyoto within 1–3 business days. Large machines take about 1–4 weeks.

  4. Delivery & check

    Please check the item within 3 days of delivery and contact us right away if there is a problem.

We may ask you to reply to our order confirmation email (for example, to confirm the shipping address or customs details). If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.

This equipment is for your business, so we are happy to help with checks before purchase and with your internal procedures. Ask us about stock or specifications anytime.

    We issue quotations for internal approval or price comparison, free of charge.

  • Large machines

    Large and heavy machines are crated and shipped by freight. Shipping to the USA is free.

FAQ

Is there a warranty?

As these are used items, there is no warranty unless the product page states a functionality warranty. Every item is tested before listing. Batteries and consumables are not covered.

Can I return an item?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, including voltage or plug mismatches. Please check the item within 3 days of delivery and contact us if there is a problem.

How much is shipping to the USA?

Shipping to the USA is free on every item, with tracking and full insurance. US import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are paid by the buyer.

How can I pay?

Please use the payment methods shown at checkout, such as major credit cards. Prices are charged in US dollars.

Can I cancel my order?

As a rule, orders cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed. Please read the description carefully and ask us before ordering if you have questions.

About us

Recycle Hunter is a secondhand shop based in Kyoto, Japan, buying equipment through on-site, in-store and mail-in purchases. We inspect and clean each commercial machine before passing it on to its next user.
