Measure 3D shapes with a microscope
A high-precision motorized linear stage and newly developed shape measurement functions combine magnified observation with automatic 3D shape measurement.
Go beyond magnified observation and perform advanced analysis.
When used together with the high-resolution zoom lens VH-Z500, motorized stage VHX-S15, and dedicated stand VH-S1, the VHX-500 unit can perform all operations—from stage control, magnified observation, and 3D analysis to image saving and network connection. No separate equipment or computer is required for stage control or analysis, enabling space savings and high work efficiency!!
3D Shape Measurement Software VHX-H2M
●3D Profile Measurement
Automatically captures images and creates a 3D image. Obtain height profile data along any selected line. The height, width, and surface contours along the measurement line are displayed in a graph. The profile graph and cursor position in the image display area are linked, so you can easily see what is being measured.
●Height Color/Scale Display
A color bar indicating height is displayed on the 3D image. The highest point is shown in red and the lowest point in navy, making height differences immediately apparent. It can also be overlaid on the original image. Scales for the X, Y, and Z axes can be automatically calculated and displayed according to the image size and 3D rotation position.
