Vibration-Resistant/High-Magnification Observation System
Stability through a low center of gravity structure

All-in-one 3D shape measurement system with centralized control via a high-precision motorized stage, from observation to 3D shape measurement.

Integrates everything from magnified observation to automated 3D shape measurement using a high-precision linear stage and newly developed shape measurement functions. All tasks, including stage operation, magnified observation, 3D measurement, 3D analysis, and image saving, can be performed on the VHX main unit. Enables analysis that goes a step beyond simple magnified observation.

●Anti-vibration rubber
Uses anti-vibration material with over four times the damping effect of conventional products. Absorbs vibrations from low to high frequencies, enabling high-magnification photography under stable conditions.

Also used on the Shinkansen 700 series "Nozomi" train. It is utilized as underfloor vibration and sound insulation material.

●Aluminum die-cast
Aluminum die-casting involves forming molten aluminum into a metal mold under high pressure. It enables high-precision molding and is used for automotive parts and precision machinery components.

●Anti-vibration system
Secures the cables firmly to completely eliminate micro-vibrations during high-magnification observation.

●Multi-axis drive mechanism (X, Y, θ rotation)
Allows for easy and precise positioning adjustments during high-magnification observation.

●Low center of gravity
The use of die-casting for the main frame achieves a low center of gravity and a high-rigidity structure, boasting extreme stability.
