This unit is equipped with a high-definition 2.11-megapixel CCD in the pen-shaped camera section.
It achieves high-definition digital imaging without compromising the portability that is a feature of conventional microscopes, and can obtain approximately 6 times the image information compared to our conventional microscopes. In addition, it features enhanced "viewing" functions, such as a depth-merging function that enables 3D observation at high magnification and a real-time digital zoom function that allows you to magnify simply by clicking any point on the screen, thanks to Keyence's proprietary digital image processing technology.
This unit comes standard with an SCSI port. By connecting the optional VH-P40, photo-quality digital printing can be performed in approximately 19 seconds.
In addition, this unit has a built-in hard disk, so observation images can be instantly filed in JPEG and TIFF formats, and image data can be transmitted using the LAN port and USB port, and files can be managed using the included software.
The enhanced compatibility with computers has expanded the "recording" functions.
The "measuring" functions have also been enhanced. In addition to "Area Measurement," which automatically extracts the outline of the object, it comes standard with 9 versatile image measurement functions.
In addition, measurement results can be saved as image files and text files (CSV format), allowing for visual confirmation and quantitative evaluation through statistical processing.
