The TP-L3S separates the control unit from the laser emitter, unlike conventional pipe lasers, allowing it to be used in small-diameter manholes measuring 300 × 150 mm, such as those used in recent rural wastewater projects.
Because the control unit and laser emitter are separate, there is no concern that the laser alignment will change during operation or when replacing the battery.
An airbag securely fixes the space previously left above conventional pipe lasers.
Vibrations will not cause the laser alignment to shift.
The emitter installed inside the pipe is retrieved using a 6 m chain.
