The TP-L3S separates the control unit from the laser-emitting unit, unlike conventional pipe lasers, making it suitable for small-diameter manholes with a 300 × 150 mm opening, which have recently been used in projects such as agricultural community wastewater systems.
Because the control unit and laser-emitting unit are separate, the laser alignment will not shift during operation or when replacing the batteries.
The space previously found above conventional pipe lasers is now completely secured with an air bag.
Vibrations will not cause the laser alignment to shift.
The laser-emitting unit installed inside the pipe is retrieved using a 6 m chain. |
