While the conventional "S121A" was exclusively for single-core fiber, this model supports single-core to 4-core taped fibers.
This product was born from a completely new concept: "Easy to carry anywhere, for simple and reliable fusion splicing."
●Ultra-Compact, Lightweight, High-Rigidity Body
It is approximately one-third the size of the conventional model, weighing only 980 g.
It is easy to carry and allows for efficient work at connection sites.
●High-Speed, Fully Automatic Connection
Simply attach the fiber and press the set button to automatically perform
fiber positioning, connection, and tensile testing. The connection time is 13 seconds for the S121A (single-core) and 15 seconds for the S121SBB (4-core).
●2.5-Inch Color LCD
Confirm the connection work with the 2.5-inch color LCD monitor standard on the main unit.
●Connection with Minimum Excess Fiber
The fusion splicer features a T-shaped design that allows the head to be inserted into a closure, enabling connection with the shortest excess fiber.
