● While the previous model "S121A" was for single fibers only, this model supports everything from single fibers up to 4-fiber ribbons. It was born from an entirely new concept: "Carry it anywhere with ease, and make reliable fusion splices simply."
● Ultra-compact, lightweight, high-rigidity body
About one third the size of previous models and weighing only 980g. Easy to carry, allowing efficient work at the splicing site.
● High-speed, fully automatic splicing
Just load the fibers and press the SET button: everything from fiber positioning to splicing and the tensile test is done fully automatically. Splice time is 13 seconds for the S121A (single fiber) and just 15 seconds for the S121M (4 fibers).
● Check the splicing work on the built-in 2.5-inch color LCD monitor.
● Splicing with minimal fiber slack: the splicer head can be inserted into the closure. Its T-shaped form allows splicing with the shortest possible fiber slack.
