The display is designed to show Japanese and easy-to-understand marks as much as possible. The guide messages indicating the operating procedures are displayed in katakana.

There are only 5 operation keys, and the key operations for measurement have been minimized as much as possible. Horizontal angles can be measured immediately just by turning on the power, and horizontal distances can be measured simply by swinging the telescope (setting the altitude origin).
