■Features of the Automatic Pasteurizing Soft Serve Server
・Microcomputer-controlled, automatically heat-pasteurizes the mix via button operation.
・Equipped with an impeller mechanism to maintain uniform temperature and quality within the mix tank.
・Features original refrigeration cycle technology. Delivers high performance in a small space.
・Uses a microcomputer in the main controller, combined with proprietary control circuits for operation.

■Standby with simple operation!!
Pressing the "Pasteurize" button performs heat pasteurization (Pasteurization Mode) on the mix in both the mix tank and the cylinder, achieving an effect equivalent to legal pasteurization (68°C for 30 minutes).
Once pasteurization is complete, it automatically enters cooling/refrigeration mode (Cold Storage Mode).
Press the "Operate" button to start service.
When the mix in the tank is low, the "Refill Mix" lamp will blink.

■Uses HFC refrigerant (R404A) with an ozone depletion potential of zero.
■Equipped with a "Dasher Safety Mechanism" to prevent malfunction when the front panel is not attached.
■User-friendly operation with digital displays to alert you in the event of a fault.
■Includes a "Regeneration Function" to keep soft serve in a smooth, serving-ready state.
■Dispensing is controlled by a foot pedal.
■Equipped with a "Refresh Mechanism" to minimize waste during dispensing.
