Heat Exchanger
Uses thin, highly thermally conductive metal to efficiently exchange heat between the hot water and steam in the tank. Cimbali is committed to water and flavor, extracting espresso using fresh water for each cup rather than water stored and boiled in a boiler tank.
Pre-infusion System
With Cimbali's unique water chamber structure, the surface of the coffee grounds is pre-infused for about 1 second, followed by a 4-5 second pause before the espresso starts extracting.
This draws out the bean's inherent flavor, resulting in a full-bodied espresso.
Customizable Filters and Nozzles
Several types of extraction filters and steam nozzle tips are available for customization based on your needs, allowing for optimized operations.
Stability
Achieves consistent stability in extraction performance and steam supply. High-quality espresso can be provided even with a small amount of coffee grounds.
