Heat Exchanger
The thin, highly heat-conductive metal material efficiently exchanges heat between the hot water and steam in the tank. Cimbali is committed to water and flavor, using fresh water for every cup rather than water that has been sitting in the boiler tank.
Pre-infusion System
With Cimbali's unique water-pooling structure, the entire surface of the grounds is pre-infused for about 1 second, with espresso extraction beginning at the 4-5 second mark.
This brings out the natural richness of the beans, resulting in a full-bodied espresso.
Customizable Filters and Nozzles
Several types of extraction filters and steam nozzle tips are available, allowing for customization according to your needs. This enables further optimization of operations.
Stability
Achieves consistent stability in extraction performance and steam supply. High-quality espresso can be provided even with a small amount of coffee grounds.
