The LCV2 is a digital level checker equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD monitor that allows you to confirm video and audio of digital broadcast waves*2 on-site.
It also includes advanced measurement functions such as delay profile measurement for identifying delay waves and spectrum measurement for checking the impact of interference waves via waveforms.
By displaying not only measured values but also video and waveforms, it enables precise antenna adjustment in multi-path*3 environments.
Terrestrial digital broadcast signals may become unreceivable due to signal degradation from delay or interference waves, even if the signal level is appropriate. Therefore, measuring signal quality (BER*1/MER*2) in addition to signal level is crucial.
Furthermore, antenna adjustment in poor multi-path environments requires not only signal level and quality measurements but also visual confirmation and analysis of signal degradation factors.
The newly developed LCV2 features the reception confirmation mark function popular in our LCN3 series, which evaluates signal level, BER, and MER to display a reception status mark. It also includes functions for on-site video/audio confirmation, delay profile measurement, and spectrum measurement to visualize invisible wave reception status, allowing for highly precise antenna adjustment.
Additionally, the button layout follows that of the LCN3 series, ensuring excellent operability despite being a model equipped with advanced measurement functions.
