The LCV2 is a digital level checker equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD monitor that allows you to check the video and audio of digital broadcast waves※2 at the measurement site.
It also features advanced measurement functions, such as delay profile measurement for checking delayed waves, and spectrum measurement for checking the impact of interference waves via waveforms.
Beyond just displaying measurement values, it allows you to view the reception status through video and waveforms, enabling reliable antenna alignment under multipath※3 environments.

For terrestrial digital broadcast signals, even if the signal level is within the proper range, signal quality can be degraded by delayed waves or interference waves, making reception impossible. Therefore, measuring both signal quality (BER※1/MER※2) and signal level is crucial.
Additionally, antenna alignment in poor multipath environments requires not only measuring signal levels and quality but also confirming the received image and analyzing the factors behind signal degradation.

The newly developed LCV2 inherits the popular reception confirmation mark feature from our LCN3 series, which evaluates signal level, BER, and MER values to display a confirmation mark. It also includes functions to check video/audio on-site, perform delay profile measurements for checking delayed waves, and conduct spectrum measurements to visualize the effects of interference waves.
By "visualizing" invisible radio reception status, it enables highly accurate antenna alignment.
Furthermore, the button layout inherits that of the LCN3 series, ensuring excellent operability despite being a model equipped with advanced measurement functions.
