The LCV2 is a digital level checker equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD monitor, allowing you to check the video and audio of digital broadcast waves*2 on-site. It is also equipped with advanced measurement features such as delay profile measurement for identifying delayed waves and spectrum measurement for checking the impact of interference waves in waveform format. By displaying not just numerical measurement values, but also video and waveforms, it enables reliable antenna adjustment in multipath*3 environments. Even if the signal level is appropriate, Terrestrial Digital broadcast signals may fail to be received due to the degradation of signal quality caused by delayed or interference waves. Therefore, measuring both signal quality (BER*1 and MER*2) alongside signal level is essential. Furthermore, antenna adjustment in poor multipath environments requires checking received images and analyzing the factors behind signal quality degradation in addition to measuring signal levels and quality. The newly developed LCV2 inherits the popular features of our LCN3 series, including the reception confirmation mark function which displays a mark based on signal level and BER/MER measurements, and adds functions for on-site video/audio checking, delay profile measurement, and spectrum measurement to visualize invisible signal conditions, enabling high-precision antenna adjustment. The button layout also inherits the LCN3 series design, ensuring excellent operability despite being a model equipped with advanced measurement functions. |
