For the LCN3A and LCN3, holding the power button down (for 2 seconds or more) may trigger an error message (see symptoms), rendering the unit inoperable. In this case, please follow the procedure below to restart the power. It will return to normal operation.

The following features on these models (LCV2, LCN3, LCN3A, LCN2, LCN2A) will no longer be available after June 1, 2014:
