There is a repair on the cord, but it is functional.
The LC-PS12VN is the newer version of the LC-PS12V and has the same specifications.
However, as this is a used product, there may be minor scratches from use.

Since the LC-PS12VN is an AC adapter, it cannot charge the NBC1814 battery.
The battery pack NBP1513 is charged using the NBC1814:
