KV7100 Series
The KV7100 series is a highly flexible machine vision system that has adapted to the needs of the FA (Factory Automation) field for approximately 20 years. It features abundant applications useful for inspections in various manufacturing settings, including semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing, as well as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, bottling, and automotive industries, such as "character inspection," "dimension measurement," and "scratch/stain inspection." The sequence of the inspection flow can be configured using an icon-based graphical user interface without the need for any programming language. For image acquisition, up to four cameras can be connected simultaneously, including RS-170 (640x480 pixels), CCIR (760x570 pixels), analog, and digital large-format cameras (1280x1024 pixels). It also supports a random shutter function for imaging moving objects.

XC-ST Series
The XC-ST series is a new concept in small, lightweight monochrome camera modules born from the latest technology as an input device for image processing. The "XC-ST series" features compatibility, operating with the same housing and the same controls. You can select the model according to the subject conditions and optical conditions of your application. With improved operability in back-panel function settings and a redesigned internal structure for increased vibration resistance, they are excellent for integration into demanding machine vision systems.
The "XC-ST50CE" is a CCIR-standard (vertical frequency: 60Hz) monochrome camera module equipped with a 1/2-inch CCD.
