KV7100 Series
The KV7100 series is a highly flexible machine vision system that meets the needs of factory automation sites for approximately 20 years. It features a wealth of applications such as "character inspection," "dimensional measurement," and "scratch/stain inspection," which are effective for inspections at various manufacturing sites, including semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing, food, medicine, cosmetics, bottling, and automotive industries. A series of inspection flows can be set using an icon-based graphical user interface without using any programming languages. For image capture, up to 4 cameras—including RS-170 (640x480 pixels), CCIR (760x570 pixels), analog, and digital large-format cameras (1280x1024 pixels)—can be connected for simultaneous acquisition processing. It also supports a random shutter function for capturing moving objects.
