The HJS-02 is a tool for stripping the coating from multi-fiber optical cables, from 2-fiber to 12-fiber ribbon cables.
It heats and softens the coating, allowing it to be easily removed.
The unit is powered by a Fujikura multi-fiber fusion splicer.
