The HI-300 is a fresh concrete moisture meter that makes it easy to measure moisture content and unit water content. Simply place wet-screened fresh concrete (mortar) from the job site into the sample container and press the measurement key. It can also print out management records.
The HI-300J is officially approved for use under East Japan Railway Company's "Standard Specifications for Civil Engineering Works."
