This device combines what were previously manufactured as separate ground fault relay testers and leakage breaker testers into one unit. As it can also be used to test leakage alarms, this single unit is sufficient for the inspection of small-scale electrical facilities, making it highly convenient for the maintenance and inspection of small-scale electrical systems as a substitute for traditional relay testers.
The counter can also be used independently.
