The FSM-20CS fiber splicer is a device that fuses single-mode (SM) and multimode (MM) optical fibers using heat generated by an electric arc.
For both SM and MM optical fibers, the built-in computer performs image processing to automatically align and fuse the fibers.
This device uses AC 85–265 V, 50–60 Hz, or DC 10–15 V as its power source.
