The FSM-17R is a compact fusion splicer capable of splicing single-core and multi-core optical fibers with up to 4 cores.
Its two-way observation makes it easy for anyone to achieve high-quality, highly reliable splices, and it can be used for a wide range of applications, from main lines to aerial lines.
The new mechanism makes setting up optical fibers easy.
It also significantly shortens the standard splicing and reinforcement heating times, greatly contributing to reducing splicing work time.
To accommodate various splicing work environments, we have provided a slot-in AC adapter and battery.
Using the optional high-capacity battery, up to 140 splices are possible per charge.
