The FSM-17R is a compact fusion splicer that can splice single-core and multi-core optical fibers of up to 4 cores.
Two-way observation makes it easy for anyone to achieve high-quality, highly reliable splicing, and it can be used for a wide range of applications from main lines to aerial lines.
The new mechanism makes setting up optical fibers "easy".
It also significantly reduces the standard splicing time and reinforcement heating time, greatly contributing to reducing splicing construction time.
To accommodate various splicing construction environments, we have provided slot-in AC adapters and batteries.
Using the optional high-capacity battery, up to 140 splices are possible per charge.
