This is a versatile optical fiber identifier with three functions: non-destructive fiber identification, optical loss measurement between lines, and system optical level measurement for CW light at 0.85μm, 1.31μm, 1.55μm, and 1.65μm, as well as modulated light with a frequency of around 100MHz. It is designed to be compact and lightweight, and can operate for over 4 hours on AA batteries. It also features a warning display on the LCD to notify you when to replace the batteries when the voltage drops below the usable range. (AC power can be used with an AC adapter.)
The transmitter is compatible with SC connectors (FID-02SS), providing the mobility and versatility to meet customer needs.
