Automatic blade rotation
The circular blade is designed to rotate automatically by a small amount each time a cleaving operation is performed, allowing the entire circumference to be used evenly until worn down. This mechanism doubles the efficiency of blade usage compared to traditional models. Maintenance is simplified, requiring only a blade replacement once a year*, eliminating the need to manually rotate the blade frequently.

The process is fully automated from fiber cleaving to fiber scrap collection, enabling easy operation—simply hold with one hand, set, and close the lid.
