Just like the FC-7, this model was designed with on-site use as the priority, realizing "ease of use, durability, and lightweight." It uses Windows-CE as the OS, which is well-reputed for its ease of use. Naturally, it can be connected to Topcon surveying equipment such as total stations, GNSS, and electronic levels. Also, similar to the FC-7, it can be used directly with older types of total stations as well.
The FC-1000 has numerous compatible applications available, making it possible to support any surveying environment; it is truly an application unique to Topcon, which knows on-site work inside and out.
