The ELITE-5HDI is an intermediate GPS fishfinder model equipped with professional-grade features.
HDI in the model name stands for Hybrid Dual Imaging.
HDI models are equipped with HDI transducers capable of transmitting four frequencies.
Freshwater "HDIL" 800/455/200/83/kHz
transmissions are possible with a single transducer.
For bass boats and aluminum boats that are trailered and stored, the transom-mount type is recommended.
Also, if you do not bring a foot console when renting a boat, please choose this HDIL-T.
We recommend attaching the transducer to a TD mounting shaft with a clamp for rental boats and using it that way.
