This digital fishfinder is compact yet features dual-frequency capability, a hallmark of high-end models.

For fishfinders used on small boats, visibility in direct sunlight and waterproofing are important. Lowrance's cold- and heat-resistant LCD, also used by the U.S. Navy, achieves excellent contrast while consuming low power. By adding an inverted signal at a 5:7 ratio to the 200 kHz base frequency, it can synthesize an unequal interval of 83.333 kHz, enabling a wide search angle of up to 120 degrees. Its greatest feature is the ability to quickly detect signs of life in unfamiliar fields and vast areas.
