The compact fusion splicer is designed to splice single-core, 2-core, and 4-core SM-type and GI-type optical fibers using air discharge.

After pre-processing the optical fiber cores and placing them in the splicer, it automatically performs fiber end alignment, fiber end inspection, core offset measurement, and fusion splicing.
It also features a built-in heating reinforcement unit compatible with 400 mm and 60 mm reinforcement sleeves.

The HJS-02 is a tool for removing the coating of optical fibers.
