1. Countertop or Floor-Standing

Countertop models are compact machines that fit on a counter, making them a good choice for cafes and shops. Floor-standing models can produce more servings per hour and are suited to businesses that sell large volumes, such as those in tourist areas or at events.

2. Water-Cooled or Air-Cooled

Water-cooled models require water supply and drainage plumbing, but provide stable cooling even in hot locations. Air-cooled models only need a power supply and are easy to install, but they expel hot air from the back or sides, so they need clearance around them. First, check whether your installation site has water and drainage connections.

3. Power Supply (100 V / 200 V)

Some countertop models can be plugged into a standard household outlet (100 V). Larger models may require a 200 V three-phase power supply. Check the “Specifications” section on each product page for power requirements.

4. Number of Flavors (Single or Twin Hopper)

Twin-hopper models can serve two flavors as well as a mixed (swirl) option. Choose a twin-hopper model if you want to expand your menu, or a single-hopper model if you want to start with one flavor.

5. With a Warranty or Focused on Price

For machines labeled “Operation Warranty” in the product name, warranty details are provided on the product page. 3. Choose from credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (cash on delivery is unavailable for orders over ¥300,000 and for large items). If you pick up your order at the store, you can also pay in person.
4. You can also pick up your order at our Kyoto store (no shipping fee).

Items shipped by parcel service are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Large items delivered by a two-person team take approximately 1–4 weeks to arrange a truck.
